The people at this store are the most knowlegable, helpful, and friendly Nuts-and-Bolts types out there. I'm a product designer who lives in the area and, other than the traditional home maintenance needs, get into some crazy situations with equally odd requirements. This store has let me down only twice in ten years by not having the austere part or tool I was looking for. Not bad at all! They have the tools to rent, the parts you need, and the patient advice on how to install anything (and even a few ideas for the local mad scientist on alternative uses for parts to work in a pinch).
